Senior Leadership

Serving every location so each local church can focus on its people.

Jesus
Jesus is the Head of the Church and all authority delegated in the Church is delegated from Him. Leaders will be held accountable to the Great Shepherd.

Governing Elder Team
Local and external overseers who provide accountability for our Senior Pastor and Lead Pastors. They also provide accountability and oversight of finances and corporate compliance.

Regional Teams
Our executive team, communications team, operations team, and pastoral leadership team support all of our locations.

Local Elder Team
Local church members who advise and provide support to the location Lead Pastor in matters of local ministry. Each location selects their own Local Elders, who also provide periodic broad support to the Regional Leadership Team.

Serve Team
Serve Team Directors are responsible for the overall health of their respective serve teams as they do the work of the ministry. This includes recruiting, training, and care.
- Each ministry environment operates from a strategic plan.
- Each Serve Team member follows the Serve Team playbook and manual.
- All Serve Teams operate in the Serve Team Leadership Structure.
