Our church is growing. Across all three locations, ministry has expanded. Buildings have grown. New families are coming. Disciples are being made. The Gospel is moving forward.

But growth brings responsibility.

Last fiscal year, we finished with a $365,000 shortfall. Behind the scenes, we are tightening expenses, restructuring staff, and reorganizing systems for long-term health and sustainability. We are stewarding wisely. We are adjusting where necessary.

Now we must close the gap.

This is about ownership. This is our house.

Jesus said: “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.”— Matthew 6:33

When the disciples remembered Jesus, Scripture says: “Zeal for God’s house consumed Him.” — John 2:17

If the Kingdom comes first, then His house matters. And this house is not just brick and drywall. It is the place where the Gospel is preached, disciples are formed, children are raised in truth, marriages are restored, men and women are equipped, and the lost are saved.

This shortfall affects Belton. It affects Harker Heights. It affects Liberty Hill. We are one church. One mission. One responsibility.

The Call: Pray. Listen. Obey.

I am asking every person and every family to pray and ask God what He would have you give — and then obey Him.

Scripture says: “Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.” — 2 Corinthians 9:7

This is not about pressure. It is about obedience. It is about faith.

 Three Levels of Giving

1.    I Give What Costs Me Nothing

If it requires no faith and no adjustment, it will not move anything. David refused to offer God that kind of gift. We shouldn’t either.

2.    I Give What Requires Sacrifice

Biblical generosity costs something. It stretches comfort. It reprioritizes spending. It says the Kingdom matters more than convenience.

3.    I Give What God Tells Me To

This is the highest level. Not emotional. Not reactive. Not comparative. Simply obedient. When you pray and He speaks — respond.

Important Clarification

This giving must be above and beyond your regular tithe and offering.

Please do not redesignate existing giving. Moving money from one fund to another does not solve the shortfall. It only shifts it. This campaign is to close the $375,000 gap — fully and completely. 100% of funds given to this campaign will go directly toward meeting this need.

How To Give

Click the Give button below and select: “Build This House 365” from the fund dropdown.

It is going to take each of us obeying God but we will close this gap.  The early church was devoted. They gave. They sacrificed. They built. And the Lord added daily to their number.

Now it is our turn. Ninety days. One church. $365,000. Let’s build this house together.
