Student Internship

Summer 2026

The Vintage Church Communications Department Student Internship is a paid, short-term summer program that equips high school and college students for daily work of ministry within the Communications Department. Interns work alongside a Communications Department mentor to support real deliverables for our locations while receiving intentional training, discipleship, and mentorship.

Our goal is to help students grow. Interns should leave the program with stronger skills in their role, a clearer sense of how their gifts can serve the local church, and habits — spiritual, relational, and professional — that will serve them well beyond the summer.

The program is structured around three parallel tracks — Video, Graphic Design, and Administration — and combines three kinds of work:

• Course-based growth through the Better and Wiser courses.

• Role-specific training and hands-on daily tasks.

• Topic learning through reading, discussion, and reflection.
